DanceFit Studio is a stunning space featuring wooden sprung floors, surrounded by windows, mirrors, and a cooling system for your comfort. Conveniently located on a secure plot in town, the studio is easily accessible from Veronica Road and offers plenty of parking. We offer a variety of dance classes as well as Pilates sessions.

About us
For me, Lettie Van Wyk, the owner of the plot and studio, ballet and dancing is a passion! I started doing ballet at 5 years old and now at almost 60, I am still doing ballet in the Adult Ballet class at DanceFit studio. I also do Line Dancing and Pilates!

Janelle’s Dance Academy:
Janelle’s Dance Academy is an established dance academy specialising in ballet classes, Modern AIDT (Association of International Dance Teachers) classes as well as styles such as contemporary, jazz, tap and hip hop.
We also offer the subject Dance Studies (Gr 10 – 12) and dance for Creative Arts (Gr8 and 9).
The studio also offer Pilates, body conditioning, progressing ballet technique and fitness programs.
We strive to develop “all round” dancers, not just physically, but in all areas needed for a professional dancer. We focus on dance technique and performance, anatomy, health care and safe dance practice, improvisation, composition/choreography, music theory, history and dance literacy.
- Ballet, Contemporary, Jazz, Hip-Hop, Modern, Progressing Ballet Technique and body conditioning from age 3 and upwards.
Dance Studies as an 8th subject from Gr10-12
Janelle tailors each session to meet the needs of all fitness levels, ensuring a personalized experience that promotes overall wellness and body awareness.

Studio Rentals
The DanceFit studio is available for rent at a mutually agreed-upon fee. It can be used for dance, fitness, yoga, karate, exercise sessions, presentations, exams, exhibitions, and similar events. However, please note that personal parties are not permitted.
